Information Collection and Use

Acrelic Group requires clients who request information, and subsequently register to use our products and services to provide contact information such as their name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address and later financial qualification and billing information such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the client's organization. Acrelic Group typically asks for additional information when a client or visitor requests information about our products and services. This information often includes title, department, fax number and additional company information such as annual revenues, number of employees, and industry. Customers and visitors can choose to "opt out" of providing this additional information.

Acrelic Group uses the collected information to set up accounts for clients and their respective companies. We may also use the information to contact clients to further discuss their interest in Acrelic Group, our products and services and to send information on Acrelic Group, our partners, and notices of promotions and upcoming events, if the client or visitor has so opted to receive these communications. Acrelic Group clients will automatically be subscribed to our e-mail newsletter as part of the set up process. All clients have the opportunity to choose to opt out from receiving our newsletter. Customer information will not be shared or distributed.

Acrelic Group clients will be asked to provide an e-mail address when registering for usage of Acrelic Group products and services. This is used to send notification of product updates and service and support information. Customers can choose to opt out of receiving these notifications. Again, client information will not be shared or distributed.

Except as explicitly stated at the time Acrelic Group requests information, or as explicitly defined in our Terms of Service we do not disclose to any third party the information provided. All financial and billing information we collect is used solely to check qualifications of prospective clients and to invoice our clients for their usage of Acrelic Group products and services. This billing information is not used by Acrelic Group for marketing and/or promotional purposes. Acrelic Group uses a third party for credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Acrelic Group uses pixel tags and other methods to gather information about the e-mails we send to our registered users and recipients of e-mails sent by our registered users to others. Pixel tags are tiny graphic files that are included in our HTML-encoded e-mail messages. When such a message is opened in an HTML-capable e-mail program, the recipient's computer will access Acrelic Group's servers to retrieve the pixel tag file, allowing Acrelic Group to record and store information such as e-mail address, date and time the recipient viewed the e-mail message, if the recipient's e-mail program is capable of receiving HTML, and other logging information. Acrelic Group uses this information to optimize delivery of future messages to specific recipients and to provide information to registered users with respect to e-mails they send through the Acrelic Group System.

Acrelic Group maintains log files tracking IP addresses to analyze trends, help diagnose problems with our servers and to monitor traffic/usage in order to provide better service to our clients and visitors. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Acrelic Group uses cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to improve the convenience and efficiency of your experience when using our products and services or those of our users. A cookie is a piece of text asking permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. If you agree, then your browser adds the text in a small file. The purpose of a cookie is to verify a user's login status, help us analyze traffic or let us know when you visit a particular online destination. Cookies allow applications to respond to you as an individual. By gathering and remembering information about your preferences, the application can tailor its operation to your needs, likes and dislikes.

You can always choose to not accept cookies, but you may not be able to use some of the Acrelic Group products and services.  You may set your web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) to notify you of cookie placement requests or decline cookies completely. You can delete the files that contains cookies; those files are stored as part of your Internet browser.

Choice

Acrelic Group provides users the opportunity to opt-in and opt-out of receiving e-mail communications from us. This is made available during sign-up for our e-mail lists and in e-mail messages delivered from Acrelic Group Systems. For any list managed by Acrelic Group, users can use the link in the footer of most e-mail messages. Alternatively, users can reply to an e-mail message according to the instructions at the bottom of the message.


A Note to Recipients of E-mail Messages from Acrelic Group Users 

Acrelic Group does not retain e-mail address information after our users delete from our servers. Acrelic Group does not monitor or limit our users from creating e-mail messages. We do, however, quickly and fervently respond to notification of violations or abuses of Acrelic Group Terms of Service including failure to honor opt-outs.

Other Information

Users of Acrelic Group WarpSales will place e-mail address lists and digital content on Acrelic Group's servers. Acrelic Group does not monitor content or review lists. Acrelic Group's clients use the content to construct e-mail messages and the address lists to deliver messages and review their clients’ interests in the messages or other media.  Acrelic Group will not use user-provided content or e-mail address lists for any purpose whatsoever other than to construct and send messages as intended by the user providing the list and/or content.  

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Acrelic Group will only disclose your Data (as defined collectively above under the topic Information Collection and Usage), the contents of your private communications, or the contact information of your recipients if required to do so by law, or as otherwise stated in this Statement, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Acrelic Group; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Acrelic Group and others, including among other things to enforce our Terms of Service; (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its members or the public; (4) to correct technical problems and malfunctions in how we provide our service to you and to technically process your information; (5) to take precautions against liability; (6) to respond to claims that information you have submitted to Acrelic Group has violated the rights or interests of a third party; or (7) as permitted by law or to provide information to law enforcement agencies. Also, certain technical processing of e-mail messages and their content that are required for: (1) sending and receiving messages; (2) conform to connecting networks' technical requirements; (3) conform to the limitations of the Service; or (4) other similar technical connecting requirements.

The Client Company owns the information collected in the context of a WarpSales campaign. Acrelic Group will not sell, share or rent information collected in a Client Company's WarpSales campaign to or with any other company, organization or individual. Acrelic Group hosts the data, transmits messages, and updates or adds data under the management of our Client Company’s, utilizing their lists.   When executing a WarpSales campaign from a list received from a Client Company, Acrelic Group assumes the following:

The Client Company has your information because you consented to share it with the Client Company. Generally, the lists Acrelic Group receives from their Client Companies come from that company's database. Individuals share their information with our Client Companies because in some way, they may have been interested in or needed more information about a company's products, services, events and the like.

In cases where a list is purchased, Acrelic Group supports the Direct Marketing Association's protocol of only using opt-in lists. If Acrelic Group purchases a list on behalf of a Client Company, again Acrelic Group supports the Direct Marketing Associations standards including, opt-in/opt-out, appropriate signature footers and disclaimers appended.

For all clients, Acrelic Group is contractually bound to keep client data private and prevented from sharing data across multiple clients. For example, if one of our client's clients has two e-mail addresses, and these addresses are stored in our database, we may not share this fact with another client, even if the second client has the same client has the first client.

Change in Ownership

It is possible that as we continue to develop our business, Acrelic Group may be acquired. In such a transaction, client information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Users will be notified via e-mail or prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

Other Web Sites and Links
Acrelic Group's web site, or messages created with Acrelic Group Services by Acrelic Group Clients, may contain links to other Web sites. Acrelic Group has not reviewed these third party sites and does not control them. Acrelic Group is not responsible for any of these sites, their content or their privacy policy. Thus, Acrelic Group does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information or other materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you do not want those companies to collect information about you, please contact them directly.

Should you leave the Acrelic Group web site, and click through to another online destination, Acrelic Group recommends that viewers check the privacy policies of that site to be aware of how your information is being used. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to WarpSales, you do so at your own risk. This Privacy Statement applies solely to information collected by WarpSales in use at the time.

Security

Acrelic Group takes every precaution to protect all types of data. When clients or individuals submit sensitive information, the data is protected both online and off-line. We do everything in our power to protect your company's data. All information is kept strictly confidential. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, your account manager, project manager or technical lead) are granted access to the data.

All Acrelic Group employees have received background checks.  All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance Acrelic Group places on security and privacy and what they can do to ensure our clients' information is protected. Finally, the servers on which Acrelic Group stores this data are kept in a secure environment.

Acrelic Group uses industry standard technologies and processes, such as secure sockets layer and a physically protected data center, to protect your data. However, perfect security on the Internet is currently impossible. While we make every effort to protect your data, we do not guarantee that your data is perfectly protected.

Notification of Changes

Acrelic Group reserves the right to make changes to this Statement and to our information gathering and dissemination practices and will provide notification of the change with a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to the changes taking effect. If as a result of this change, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice.

If we decide to change our WarpSales privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website.
