DAVID IS A SEASONED VETERAN IN MANAGEMENT AND GLOBAL GROWTH AS A CEO, ENTREPRENEUR, MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT AND SENIOR OPERATING EXECUTIVE

David founded Acrelic GROUP to continue his passion and leadership. His desire and intent is to make a difference and create growth and help others accomplish more than they had expected to achieve and to enjoy what they do. He leads Acrelic's efforts in Telecom, Computer, Defense Electronics, Publishing, and other Technology Leveraged industries.

David’s track record in getting significant results spans executive roles for global 200 companies as well as conceiving, developing and growing three companies in CEO or Managing Director Roles.

David's ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE:
 

• Developed triple digit profitable revenue growth, over several years, while running business units or

   companies he founded,

• Lead, managed, and supported corporate development (M&A) activity in more than 28 successful transactions on three continents

• Lead the evaluation of more than 500 companies for investment, acquisition, joint venture, or LBO purposes for clients

• Lead the development and closure of sales from < $100K to more than $12Million in value

• Grown individual new client relationships which started from no relationship to achieve more than $60M in six years

• Commercialized and packaged for sale, a $Billion + company with more than 5,000 employees

• Managed more than 2000 consulting engagements spanning five (5) continents, including spearheading the beachheads of ex-patriats to staff, develop and grow the business

David brings more than 20 years of professional and executive experience into Acrelic GROUP. His company roles and responsibilities include:

• Founder and CEO of Acrelic LLC and Acrelic GROUP;

• President & CEO of Every Net Works, Inc.;

• Executive in Residence with BRM Group, (initial investors in Checkpoint Software)

• Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Telcordia Technologies, Inc. (Formerly Bellcore and now owned by SAIC);

• CEO & Founder, META Strategies and Solutions, Inc., a Chicago headquartered firm with offices in Atlanta and Boston;

• Sales Director, Ameritech Information Systems (Currently SBC Corp.);

• Consulting Practice founder and Director at Technology Financial Services' (TFS – Publisher of the Tech Street Journal);

• Telecommunications planning manager (Voice and Data) for American Broadcasting Companies (ABC) (Now Disney/ABC);

• Technology Consultant at Harvard University

EDUCATION

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S./B.A.) degree from the Boston University School of Management.
