Ted is an experienced business process, outsourcing and change leader with a background of reducing risk and costs while improving productivity for many large and medium sized companies.
Ted Ehling is an experienced advisor with extensive management sales, and delivery experience in the services industry. Prior to Acrelic he led teams to identify and then develop game-changing business solutions for global clients and has managed a national sales team for a global systems integrator.
He started, grew, and managed $100 million/ year outsourcing contact center division, and has a successful track record with industry leaders EDS, IBM, Ernst & Young, Telcordia/SAIC, and Convergys.
As a senior executive in Fortune 500 companies and start-up entrepreneurial firms, Ted was responsible for Business Operations, Business Consulting, Major Account Management, Sales Force Management, Program Management, and Applications Development. He has extensive experience and expertise in Business Strategy, Business Transformation, Outsourcing, and CRM Service Delivery. Ted has successfully planned and executed multi-million dollar contract manufacturing and outsourcing solutions over the last 15 years.
Ted started his career as an engineer and scientist at IBM. He has published several articles on the strategic value of outsourcing, and has chaired several professional conference sessions. He has served on the Executive Council of the International Engineering Consortium and the chapter leadership board of the Marketing Executive Networking Group.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Vermont.
